Yong-en’s upcoming Youth Centre at 10 Jalan Kukoh aims to meet the needs of the under-resourced children and youth in the Pearl’s Hill area. The centre seeks to improve the quality of youth mental wellness through early preventive intervention, early detection and systemic community support; with an offer of caregiving support for prospects of low-income families to work towards self-reliance.
