Kukoh+, Youth & Children Development Centre
A dedicated safe space for children and youth – youth drop-in centre by day, and an extended childminding facility by night (funded by MSF), enabling low-income families to work towards financial stability and self-reliance.
Youth Drop-in Centre
- Aged 12 to 17
- Play-based and skill-based programmes (e.g. outings, arts and music, sports, culinary, etc)
- Mentoring through sports (e.g. Kukoh Elites Football Club)
- Weekly Tuesdays and Thursdays (12:00pm to 6:00pm)
Extended Childminding Services
- Aged 3 to 8
- Catered to eligible parents or caregivers who are working &/or undertaking upskilling courses and require additional caregiving support
- Mondays to Fridays (4:00pm to 9:30pm)

Educational Support & Interest-based Enrichment Activities
Educational support and joyful enrichment activities are offered to equip our children and youth a more level playing field to excel, grow in confidence and resilience, and reach their full potential.
Some of the programmes include:
- Weekly Tuition Programme
- Annual Education Awards to recognise their efforts
- Enrichment excursions and activities (e.g. field trips, drama camps, coding, art jamming)
BOLD+
BOLD+ is a Youth Mental Wellness Programme which utilises a strength-based approach. We leverage on their abilities and experiences as building blocks for his / her future success, as well as capability for growth and change.
Eligibility Criteria
- (Registration Closed) Tuition: For Primary 4 to Secondary 4 student only, Gross per capita ≤ $850.
- Kukoh+ Youth Drop-in: 12 to 17 years old
- Kukoh+ Extended Childminding: 3 to 8 years old
All sign-ups and referrals will be assessed on a case by case basis.
