Kukoh+, Youth & Children Development Centre
A dedicated safe space for children and youth – youth development centre by day, and an extended childminding facility by night, enabling low-income families to work towards financial stability and self-reliance.
Youth Development Centre
- Aged 12 to 19
- Play-based and skill-based programmes (e.g. outings, arts and music, sports, culinary, etc)
- Life skills workshops (based on World Health Organisation Core Life Skills)
- Mentoring through sports (e.g. Kukoh Elites Football Club)
- Weekdays (12:00pm to 6:00pm)
Extended Childminding Services
- Aged 3 to 8
- Catered to eligible parents or caregivers who are working &/or undertaking upskilling courses and require additional caregiving support
- Weekdays (4:00pm to 9:30pm)

Educational Support & Interest-based Enrichment Activities
Educational support and joyful enrichment activities are offered to equip our children and youth a more level playing field to excel, grow in confidence and resilience, and reach their full potential.
Some of the programmes include:
- Weekly Saturday Tuition Programme
- Happy Readers (Reading programme for those aged 3 to 8)
- Annual Education Awards to recognise their efforts
- Enrichment excursions and activities (e.g. field trips, drama camps, coding, art jamming, etc)
Eligibility Criteria
- Tuition Programme: For Primary 3 to Secondary 4 student only, gross per capita ≤ $850. Social Workers may register on behalf of your beneficiaries here.
- Happy Readers (Early Literacy Programme): For aged 5 to 8
- Kukoh+ Youth Drop-in: 12 to 19 years old
- Kukoh+ Extended Childminding: 3 to 8 years old
All sign-ups and referrals will be assessed on a case by case basis.
