Together with our seniors living with dementia, Yong-en presents ‘Memories Made,’ a showcase of their creative works inspired by their personal stories, brought to life as a unique set of coasters. Donate $100 or more to bring home their stories!

Issue a cheque to “Yong-en Care Centre” and mail it to “Block 335A Smith Street, #03-57, Singapore 051335”, and indicate:
- Organisation Name (for corporate donation) and contact person;
- Name as in NRIC (for individual donors) and NRIC number (for a tax deduction for individual donors)
- Your mailing address (for us to send you the receipt)
- Your email address if any (to keep in touch)
*Amplify your giving by indicating ‘For Youth’ or ‘For Seniors’ in the reference section.
Your donation will be entitled to 2.5 times tax deduction (if applicable) as we are an approved Institution of Public Character (IPC).
