ORDER PROCESSING:
Yong-en Care Centre does not ship on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

SHIPPING ORDERS
Orders take up 1 to 3 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive. Orders with standard shipping travel via our courier partners.
Orders with express shipping take 1 to 3 days for your order to arrive.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be provided to you upon the shipment of your order.
This tracking number can only be used within our courier partners’ tracking systems, and Yong-en Care Centre does not have a proprietary tracking system.
Please track your shipment as Yong-en Care Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Yong-en Care Centre does not accept any exchange or refund of items. All sales proceeds are final and for charity.
